After much testing Xecuter have designed and perfected the exact specifications for the our own unique version of the famed X-Clamp fix – including custom made K-Pads for the memory chips and for extra cooling, two custom designed additional heatsinks are included for installation on both the southbridge and ANA Scaler chips (Solves most E74) . Each replacement screw has been designed to fit perfectly with the original Xbox 360 motherboard removing any need for drilling or unwanted warping.
The Xecuter Xbox 360 RROD PRO Repair Kit PRO II includes all tools needed, a full tube of high quality heat silicon paste. This fix has become the defacto solution in repairing the majority of the RROD (red Ring Of Death) Xbox 360’s.
In our own tests this kit fixed 98% of faulty Xbox 360 consoles !
This kit is very easy to install and includes enough parts for 1 Xbox360. This kit also includes the screwdrivers (Torx 10 and Torx8 and Allen Key), a specially designed X-Clamp Kit to fit both the CPU and GPU, specially formulated K-Pads for the memory chips and 2 custom designed heatsinks for the southbridge and ANA Scaler chips and a tube of high quality Heat Silicon Compound.

OK tried this today after the original RROD kit didn't work. I have used Xclamp kits before but this one seems to fit like it was designed for this specific use - very tight and snug. The silicon paste was a very welcome addition and used a bit to make the K-Pads sit on the memory chips so that was nice and tight. I left the Xbox turned on for about 20 minutes then did a power cycle. God Bless you guys - I'm now back on Live !!

I have to say I was a little dubious but thought i'd give it a go. The instructions were easy to follow but took me about an 40 mins as I was a bit nervous. I couldn't believe that the red lights went to green first time! Saved me a ton of money as I have no warranty cus of my lovely ixtreme firmware ;) - Highly recommended

I have tried 3 different kits in the past from ebay and they have not worked or lasted for maybe 30mins or froze my 360... THIS KIT ACTUALLY WORKS! Fantastic I would recommend this kit to anyone it also fits perfectly with no problems!(washer location can be a little fiddly) This is a small price to pay....Need i say anymore? thanks ck3

Nice one Team-X. I was getting E74(Hardware Failure)message. Fitted one of these kits and my xbox fired up straight away. didn't do the 2 red lights. was good to go without the bake. although I still let it run without the fans for 5 mins. Sorted for 15 quid what more could ya want.

The only mistake I made was when you have to overheat it, I saw the 3red lights, and thought it wouldnt work, but then I left it for about 10minutes and the 3red lights turned to 2red lights, turn off, power cycle turn on and it works,

Fixed a friends console with e74 error. Used Akasa TIM clean to clean processors and then applied thermal compound that came with kit. It took me 8 minutes to bake and get 2 red lights but after that system was rock solid and working well now. Great product, like everything else i have purchased from this website! Good work ck3.

Fitted the kit and I've managed to revive my xbox.
I was suffering from the error code 0020 (Uknown error) so was panicking all was lost.
Mine is an original launch xbox but touch wood all is great again so far.

I had two xbox's which I thought were no longer working as they both had RROD three times. I decided to give this kit ago and to my surprise both xbox's have been brought back to life rather than getting dusty in the corner of my room. This kit maybe pricier than others but definitely worth it in the end.

It worked! I waited like 5 minutes and still had 3 red lights.. and I just gave it 1 more minutes.. and there it popped up "2 red lights.." Turned it of 10 minutes and started it.. worked like a charm!! THANKS Xecuter! Greetings from Norway

This really is so simple to use. My problem was with the graphics locking up. Used the kit and followed the tutorials and bingo! Working Xbox.
Well worth risking the money if your box is down.
