All items sold on CK3.co.uk carry a 90 day warranty (unless stated otherwise)

All customers returning an item must print out and complete our RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) form.

All returns are RTB (Return To Base) and are at the customers expense. CK3 shall cover the expense of returning the repaired / replaced goods back to the customer.
