Having fried my CK3 Pro (never flash a drive when pi**ed lol) I thought i'd lost £30. Then i'm told about this. I sent my CK3 Pro off 2 days ago and i got a brand new one in the post this morning. I don't think i've ever known a service like this before? Fantastic - I will definatley use this site again !

I can only say a big thankyou to the pepes at ck3.co.uk, thought this was a scam to be honest,if anything I thought id be getting some shoddy recon unit. Recieved my brand new ck3 pro + cables in just a few days of purchase no questions asked about how or when my unit was bought or broken or even where from, I'l certainly be telling me mates about this one! just in time for ixtreme 1.6 ha ha

I was gutted having to buy a new ck3 when mine died, it went up like a firework, could be due to putting the power cable in upside down. Yeah I know, total nOOb, but it was the first time I had tried the probe and obviosly the drive was upside down, I plugged the cable in the same as always.....The wrong way
Then I seen this offer :)

What a service i sent my broken CK3 Pro off on Tuesday and Knock Knock on my door came the post man with my new ck3 only took 2days to get a replacement thanks again wicked service.

Mine fried by having the ck3 switched on at same time pc was booted up from a cold boot.
I was gutted but while looking for a fix i found links to ck3.co.uk, thank god is all i can say.
I allways used xecuter chips back in the day as they rocked and was good quality so i had no quibles about buying xecuter again.
Wether there is a fault with the old ck3's or maybe i had a power spike from cold boot which may have fried it. I'm very gratefull for ck3 and xecuter for replacing damaged items, they did'nt have todo this for us!!
Was dispatched same day they recieved it :)

Fantastic service second to none
for those out there who blow there ck3pro then this service that they provide is 5*****.
I always have used Xecuter stuff and to see them team up with CK3 to offer this service is brilliant

What an amazing customer support service these offer, sent the item back on Tuesday morning had a brand new one replaced Thursday.
If only other companies could take a leaf out of the book of you guys this world would be a better place.!

My CK3 Pro always had a bad eject button, but I had a nightmare dealing with the small (unofficial) online shop I got it from, so I just put up with it.

Returned it to ck3.co.uk, and received a perfect replacement, along with new cables! Great guys to deal with!

My ck3 was in a bad way both the buttons had fallen off then the other day it went up in a puff of smoke for no reason I though I was screwed but no I wasn't I got a new one for £7 nice one lol

Fantastic service, I had damaged the eject button on my ck3, I sent it back on the thursday, and received a full kit in return on the tuesday.

The usb Stopped working, So i processed the checkout, and sent my faulty one off with the RMA form inside the envelope all on monday,
Recieved a brand new one with all cables and hard drive adapter on wednesday.
