THIS SERVICE IS FOR NON-UK CUSTOMERS !

There are many CK3 users who accidently plugged in the power cable the wrong way around and blew the CK3 therefore invalidating its warranty. £25+ up the swanny.

We have teamed up with Xecuter to provide a service where we will swap out ANY damaged CK3 for a brand new one - for a flat fee which includes admin, postage & packaging! It does not matter how it was damaged - we will accept all returns.

Simply post your damaged CK3(s) with a complete RMA form (click here). Your replacements will be shipped to you next working day !

my ck3 works perfectly just the usb port is broken.
since it is an issue of ck3 part the replacement should be done under warranty.

CK3 Admin: If you think it is faulty then of course simply return it for testing / replacement :)
