We have tested this and it works prefectly. It is very easy to program and can be updated at any time without fuss. Unlike other poorly designed AVR Kits, all the IO's are accessible, there are power and status LED's and includes a real USB male connector for easy plug and play action.

The Minimus 32 AVR USB is powered by an Atmel ATMEGA32U2 that is pre-programmed with the bootloader which allows code to be programmed inside the chip without any external programmer, just download the FLIP software from Atmel's web site and load your HEX code. To enter the bootloader mode you should simply press and hold HWB button, then press and release the RST button.
